My incision is healing on schedule. Today my tummy is on an itching spree. Some days I feel mysterious burning type twinges. I noticed that when I don’t wear compression to bed, when I awake and rise from the bed, I feel a slight burning pain on side that I sit up from. I know it’s because I am still healing on the inside. I know my tummy isn’t fully and completely healed on the the inside. I do not ignore any twinges I feel, they are signs for me and I am in tune with that. Following up (70) days post op with Dr. Jan. My incision is low with no real pain, just soreness. I feel this peculiar tightness deep inside my abdomen. It’s not painful at all just real tight. I know it’s the diastasis recti repair healing. Although I am cleared for exercise, my abdomen doesn’t agree. The tightness I feel comes in waves, sometimes by surprise, it grabs my attention and I like it. Lol
