I feel a major difference in my core strength post surgery

I began doing CrossFit a few years ago after having kids, but after gaining a lot of weight during three pregnancies - and having 3 c-sections - my abs (and skin on top of them) wasn't going to ever "bounce back". I decided to shop around and found Dr. MacArthur.
At the consultation I realized very quickly that he is a really nice, mild mannered, guy and that no question was "dumb" or silly.
After my surgery, I could see and feel results within about a month. I also had zero complications! After about 3 months (at his suggestion), I was able to get back into workouts at about 3/4 capacity (which is pretty awesome for CrossFit) and felt my abs were stronger. I'm really glad to say that I have a flatter stomach AND the gap in my abs (from the c-sections) was sewn together so that I now have strong abs again. Truly, I feel a major difference in my core strength post surgery.
"Ab"-solutely the best decision I've made for my confidence! Dr. MacArthur is fabulous!
