Overall I really wanted to drop the baby fat and get slim and trim for my wedding date... the dress fit perfectly. I’m now weighing in at 150... my whole lifestyle has changed...honestly to maintain your results and get the best version of yourself you can’t do what you were doing before... that’s the best tip I can give you... Change is necessary!

Hey guys I’ve reached my goal weight and more... getting married in 2 months and I’m super excited... I would say to anyone even THINKING of getting a tummy tuck... DO IT!!!! This is the best decision I ever made... but make sure your dr is well trained and has plenty of experience... Dr Day is that guy!

9 month post opp, I have lost an additional 15 pounds since the initial procedure... Weighing at my goal weight of 165 and starting at 230 prior the procedure. I am extremely happy with my results... I watch what I eat and work out to maintain my results

how was your recovery?
It wasn’t bad at all.. they got this new shot out that they shoot into your abdominal wall and I didn’t feel a thing for at least a week... when i did start getting feeling I only felt the soreness from the lipo and when I coughed it hurt but that’s it...
