Finally made the choice to say yes!!

I’ve watched this site for several years, and finally my time and finances align. After four children I can finally look forward to one day wearing a two piece. Yet as I sit here reading review after review, I’m starting to feel a bit of anxiety as I come across stories of unexpected results. I’ve done research on recovery methods, and post surgery prep, I’ve even started the VitaMedica recovery support vitamins. In hopes this will all help with healing and pain. I’m open to any tips, or suggestions even words or encouragement and advice. I’ll be posting more in the coming days as my surgery date is 2/14

Congrats on your choice to say yes....my advice is to follow your surgeon post op instructions as given, remember this is a process so have patience. Surround yourself with positivity and you will do well. Walk, walk, walk dink lots of water and rest. Good Luck and keep posting.....Be Blessed

Yesterday was the big day. I’m feeling okay keeping the pain in check by adhering to the schedule of taking my meds. I also paid a little extra for an additional pain shot that was injected into my muscles during surgery. Along with taking the Recovery Support vitamin program from Vitamedica. So far so good. Pictures coming soon.

Made it downstairs today

This has definitely been an experience. I’ve made it down stairs to sit on the couch for a bit today. Omg!! Finally had a BM and it was pretty painful even with taking the stool softeners. Everyday I see a little of improvement in my mobility, with prayer and positivity I’m confident all will go well. Pictures coming soon.
