I had an extended abdominoplasty and liposuction of inner and outer thighs 4 weeks ago and am SO happy with the results!
Dr. Prada and his nurse Ali were wonderful from start to finish. They answered all my questions leading up to the procedure and supported me through the recovery process.
I’m excited to see the final results as the swelling continues to subside in the coming months but can’t believe the improvement I’ve seen in just 4 weeks.

Wearing the compression binder consistently and correctly (tight and low) seems to be the key! Drinking a lot of water helps too.
What great progress! Is there anything in-particular that's helping to ease your swelling?
