Above and Beyond my Expectations - I Couldn't Be Happier!

From my very first appointment, Jeremy made me feel completely at ease. He is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly an expert in his field, but what really stood out to me was how kind, patient, and reassuring he was throughout the whole experience.

He took so much time to explain everything in detail, and no question ever felt silly or like too much to ask. He was also very realistic and honest about what we could achieve, which made me feel completely confident going into surgery.

The whole experience, from my pre-op appointments through to my recovery and post-op care, was amazing. I always knew who to contact if I had a question or needed reassurance, and I never felt like I was on my own at any point. There were plenty of appointments before and after surgery, and Jeremy always took his time to make sure I was comfortable, understood what was happening, and was happy with how everything was progressing. Even when I went in to have my dressings removed, he made the effort to come in and see me himself, which really sums up the level of care I received.

As for my results, I am genuinely over the moon. They have gone above and beyond what I ever expected, and I honestly never thought I would have a stomach like this! My recovery was also much better than I had anticipated.

I felt completely comfortable and looked after throughout the entire process, and I wouldn’t hesitate to see Jeremy again if I decided to have another procedure in the future. I would recommend him without a doubt, and I already have recommended him to members of my own family who are now seeing him themselves.
