A Truly Exceptional Experience

I am writing this review not only to give the recognition and praise that Dr. Cashio and his team deserve, but also in the hope that it helps anyone considering plastic surgery feel confident that they are making the right decision.
My experience began when I initially contacted Dr. Cashio’s office after leaving another consultation in Jacksonville. I immediately had reservations about moving forward elsewhere, and I decided to continue my search. I called Dr. Cashio’s office on my way home, and I was impressed from the very beginning. The office answered promptly and was able to schedule my consultation within just a few days.
My first appointment with Dr. Cashio immediately confirmed that I had made the right decision. He is clearly an expert in his field, but what impressed me just as much was how comfortable and respected I felt in his presence. He was professional, straightforward, knowledgeable, and completely nonjudgmental.
He gave me an honest and thorough assessment, answered all of my questions, and took the time to make sure I understood my options. I walked out of that first appointment with an exceptional level of confidence that I had found the right surgeon. I scheduled my procedure soon afterward.
On the day of surgery, that confidence was completely validated. The entire experience was exceptionally well organized, professional, and reassuring. Dr. Cashio and his staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable, safe, and well cared for throughout the process.
I also want to recognize Advent Health and the hospital staff. The facility was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and everyone I encountered was professional, friendly, and attentive. The coordination between Dr. Cashio, his team, and the hospital made the entire experience feel seamless.
If I were asked to identify something that could have been improved, I honestly would have difficulty coming up with anything. From my initial phone call through surgery and discharge, I felt that I was in exceptionally capable hands.
If you are considering plastic surgery and are trying to determine which surgeon to trust, do yourself a favor and schedule an initial consultation with Dr. Cashio. I am incredibly grateful that I did.
I also know of several people who have had disappointing experiences elsewhere and are now considering Dr. Cashio to address those concerns. That speaks volumes about the confidence people have in his expertise and ability to achieve the results they were originally hoping for.
