My experience with Dr. Cashio was exceptional. He is very attentive, kind and professional. I never once felt like I made the wrong choice having him do my breast reduction. He explains everything and is willing to answer any and all questions asked. I've already referred coworkers and friends to him for procedures they're interested in. He's quite literally the best there is.

I was recommended to see Dr. Cashio by several people that I am acquaintances with. Great recommendation as he is very professional, he answered all of my questions and I am very self conscious and made me feel at ease. I called to ask a question while he wasn’t in the office for the day and left a message and he called me back within 10 minutes. I am very pleased with the outcome of my surgery. I would highly recommend Dr Cashio and would definitely use his services again. He is very meticulous and proactive regarding outcomes any complications. He was very accommodating to my schedule regarding the procedure and follow up visits. I was referred to Dr. Cashio because I was interested in doing some preemptive botox to prevent wrinkles due to aging. He's the only board certified plastic surgeon in the area, and his office is located inside Florida Hospital Flagler and that hospital group is super reputable. From the minute you walk into his office, you feel right at home. His front desk staff is super friendly, the waiting area is calming and comfortable and I've never waited for more than a few minutes for my treatment. Dr. Cashio is very patient, addresses any of my questions or concerns and spends time in the room with me, unlike other doctors who try to rush you in and out. He's very gentle and takes time to explain any post-procedure care. I've been literally ecstatic about the results of my treatments. I have a lot more confidence and my forehead looks physically better. I constantly tell my friends and colleagues about Dr. Cashio, and one of them is a new patient of his and is also super happy with her results!

I've been so happy with Dr. Cashio as my doctor. He is fantastic! His office staff are so nice and cheerful. They always get me back right on time, so I never have to wait in the lobby, like you often do in other doctors offices. He takes the time to answer any questions I have and never rushes me. I've been going to him for years now and he's helped me hold off the aging process. I feel more confident now and my skin looks so much better - and its all thanks to Dr. Cashio!

I did plenty of research on this surgery but nothing prepared me for what was ahead.

My dr took 280 ccs out of each arm. Think chicken cutlet size. They stuffed me into a compression garment that felt like a torture device. I stayed in it until day 2 post op when he checked my incisions. My forearms and hands looked like balloons. I switched to ace wraps. Took percocet q 4 hrs round the clock which meant alarm being set in the middle of the night.

Heres some advice. Keep a cup of water near the bed w a straw. Also keep your pain pill out n ready to go. I did not have my first BM until day 5 bcuz percocet is constipating. Also, I couldnt reach my butt to wipe myself til day 5 so that worked out. I ended up getting a very crampy period 4 days post op so that helped things moving lol

Im 2.5 weeks post op and my scars look better daily. I shower w Aveeno baby wash w oatmeal no fragrance. I also dab n rinse my scars w Hibiclens. Thin layer of neosporin then gauze. Ace is worn all day.

You cant reach your bra so put it on backwards, slide it back, carefully move it up and slide your straps on. Slow n steady w everything.

OK after I had surgery I always complained about a pooch I had on my upper abdomen..... It looked like a hurnia..... He said I needed to do cardio....so I left it alone for 4years I went and seen another Dr he did a revision and ended up being a full tummy tuck I had diastasis I then recovered a few months later I called dr. Cashio's office explaining to them that what had happened and that is a doctors air he should have known that he never probably even did it I explain to them how I felt not once did I ever get a call back from the doctor from Dr cashio they just said Thank you thank you thank you for letting us know I told them also that I would not bad-mouth them but I seriously thought that I would have gotten a call back and said what can I do for you to make this better or something or just an I'm sorry you know what can I do to make it better just something I don't know what could have made it better but just something and I got nothing from him....., this was in Palm Coast Florida at Florida Hospital
