I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Nelson. From my very first appointment, his bedside manner stood out. He was calm, kind, patient, and made me feel completely heard and cared for throughout the entire process. Surgery and recovery can feel overwhelming, but his approach made such a difference.

What impressed me most was how involved he remained after surgery. He followed up with me every day, checked in on how I was healing, answered my questions, and genuinely seemed to care about my comfort and recovery, not just the final result. That level of attentiveness is rare and meant so much to me.
