Excellent Patient Care and Surgical Journey

From first approaching the customer representatives for Nords clinic for initial advice regarding surgery I was met with professional, understanding, kind, caring and informative advice from the representative. The patient journey on booking flights, hotels, transportation and meeting the surgeon is effortless and seamless and I have felt as though I’ve been so looked after during my whole experience. The nursing team are so caring and kind, the anaesthetist and surgeon are extremely professional and discussed the patient plan and medications and healing process in full. The whole team from drivers, receptionists, logistics, medical and nursing staff are amazing and I feel so lucky to have been in such safe, experienced hands during my surgical journey in Kaunas.
