Exceptional Results
Dr. Plant did a phenomenal job with my drainless tummy tuck with muscle repair. I was in pretty bad shape after two pregnancies. I had a lot of loose skin along with muscle separation that had not improved after physio. I spent almost a year searching for a surgeon in both Toronto and New York. In the end I opted for Dr. Plant because he had a good reputation and was able to give it to me straight on what could be achieved, what would be involved, and why. I liked that he was competent and clearly talented, yet so down to earth.
The results definitely exceeded my expectations. The scar is impeccable, the location and shape of the belly button makes it look very natural, and the curve at the waist is beautiful. I was told by other surgeons I would need lipo to have a curve at the waist, but given my low BMI, lipo had me worried. Dr. Plant did not recommend lipo at all. He was able to achieve the contour I was hoping for with his surgical technique alone.
At three months out I have almost no swelling and a quickly fading scar that is a clean U shape completely hidden below my underwear. I am able to do everything and more now that the muscle is repaired.
Throughout my entire experience I felt like I was with a doctor I could trust- someone who was very invested the outcome of his work. You can tell when you are with him that he treats his surgery like an art form and that he has very high standards for himself.
His staff is also fantastic. They are responsive, kind, and genuine. I would not look elsewhere. This is definitely your guy. You will be in excellent hands with him and his team.
