WORTH IT
Loving my transformation! Each day gets better! In love with the way my body is healing and how well the recovery is going. Minimal to no pain. It is very important to not lift anything over 10 lbs for the whole 6 weeks! Take care of yourself.

Hi, quick question. I've read that some patients have leaking from their drains and recommend getting a pad of some sort to protect the surface they are laying on. Has this been your experience too?
The leaking can happen if there is a clog in the drain, it will then leak around the area to release the fluid. I did Experience this for the last 3 days of having the drain. From my experience it was because of a minor clog. What I did was use a Gauze around the bottom of the drain and it helped to catch the little bit of fluid.

Dr. Wakelin is Amazing

I recently got an abdominoplasty done by Dr. Wakelin. My expectations of the surgery were met plus so much more. I could not have picked a better doctor to take on my surgery.
He’s absolutely amazing and gives you realistic expectations for the outcome. I’m already pleased with my results and I still have a long journey ahead of me.
Thank you so much Dr. Wakelin and staff. I thought I would never have my flat tummy and belly button back. All the diet and exercise just couldn’t get me back to where I once was, but YOU did! Forever grateful.
