Side effects

WORTH IT$6,400
Weird side effect from anesthesia or the meds they gave me, I can’t focus my eyes to read well. Wonder how long it takes for that to go away? Oh and day two with no #2 =-/ colace isn’t doing it for me so I might just take my magnesium supplements like I used to. Here’s another pic taken from beneath me when I was bent over the sink. I can see that shape starting to come through =-)

wow, your waist is snatched!!! How are you feeling? Did you stay at the recovery house or hotel?how is your pain!!! Keep us posted!!!
Thanks luv =-) I’m super swollen and just really uncomfortable. The pain isn’t the worst part, I slept through most of that anyways. The drains were really messy and gross but you need them to get all the extra fluid out. The worst part for me is that I’m really numb and all I really feel is a sense of pulling. I not feel attached to my entire midsection... it’s really Surreal. I can’t stand up straight yet either. Clearly I’m getting extremely restless lol I just wish I could move freely. I’m only on day 5.
How are things going for you? Results? Updates please. Love your journey this far.
you look so good!!! how are you doing after the holidays?? I wanted to know where you stayed as well?! xoxo

Day 3

I can’t stand up even close to straight... this is unbelievably painful. So hopefully when I’m able to stand up straight that weird doughnut fat around my belly button will go away. Maybe it’s just because I took the picture while I was standing up and bent over.

T minus 2 weeks! I had my pre op appointment, got all my prescriptions that need to be filled and spoke with the nurse about specifics. I don't have my surgery time yet, apparently they all you the day before to I've you an exact time. They said expect to be there for 5 hours and no makeup or nails... lol I don't know how I'm gonna do that... I might just henna these eyebrows on and call it permanent makeup lol I'm thinking of renting a wheelchair and a recliner... I live in a high rise and can imagine walking through like a post surgical zombie. I'll keep everyone posted in the meantime!
