I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair with Dr Lindsey and I love it! My results are amazing. The day of my surgery, he was so excited and told me I was going to love my results. He was right! My belly button is perfect. Most of all, I had NO PAIN! NONE, just a little soreness. At my consultation, I was told about Dr Lindsey's pain regimen. I followed the regimen completely and did not take any narcotics (NOT ONE). The day after surgery I found myself standing straight. This is a result of having an experienced plastic surgeon. He has definitely perfected his craft. Dr Lindsey and his staff were very professional and super sweet. I felt like I was a celebrity and now I look like one, LOL.

I didn't do anything before surgery. I posted the pain regimen below.
You look amazing! Could you share your pain regimen? My TT is in two weeks.
Tylenol 1000mg (gel caps) every 6 hrs x 6 doses, then 650mg every 4 hrs as needed (not to exceed 4000mg a day). And Celebrex 200mg every 12 hrs x 4 doses, then every 12 hrs as needed. I also walked as much as possible. For example, to the bathroom and kitchen. Instead of asking my family for things.
Thanks so much for sharing! Saving this regimen. Moving around is part of my plan (knock on wood). I think that's why I've been hesitant to get some things like a recliner. I feel like if I have my life set up a little bit more like "normal," I'll be more inclined to make myself move around- hope I'm not wrong in that!
You'll be fine. I didn't sleep in a recliner. Instead I used a wedge under my thighs and was able sleep comfortably in my bed.

5'3" 185lb. Make sure you wear a very sculpting garment. I used curvygyals.

LOL! Is Dr Lindsey doing ur surgery? Most good surgeons do tummy tucks well. Its the post op that will make or break ur results. The garment is EVERYTHING. You WILL swell. If u don't compress correctly ur results will not be great. I chose curvygyals bc its custom made to ur measurements and the waist is carved. It takes weeks to come in. However u can order it before surgery. Idk how she does it but the measurements are right.
No, Dr. Hakeem in OC, Cali is my doctor. Hes really good but i agree i have seen some amazing doctors do great tucks but the post op doesnt keep the shape! I definitely do not want that to happen! Where is Dr. Lindsay located? I actually had to push my surgery back until August so I will have time to purchase from them!! That is perfect, I wanted a really carved waist to really give me that super hour glass shape. Yeah I am curious about the measurements. How do they know what size after surgery? Id hate to order & it no fit.

How do you know what size you will be after to order the curvygyals under garment? I am scheduled with Dr. Lindsey in 2.5 weeks.
I'm sorry I just saw ur question. Idk how curvygyals do it, but u just give them ur measurements and answer the questions which includes what procedure ur having and they size it. Its custom made so there are no specific sizes. It can take several weeks to get it.
