7 Weeks Post-Op — Lower Body Lift, Tummy Tuck w/ MR, Breast Lift + Implants & Lipo —
I couldn’t be happier with my decision to choose Dr. Nelson Castillo as my plastic surgeon. I am currently 7 weeks post-op from a lower body lift, tummy tuck with muscle repair, breast lift with implants, and liposuction to my flanks and hips — and I am absolutely thrilled with my results so far.
Even at this stage in recovery, my results have exceeded my expectations. I know I still have some healing ahead, but I’m already so happy with my shape and overall outcome.
Dr. Castillo’s bedside manner truly sets him apart. He takes all the time needed to answer every question and is incredibly patient, kind, and caring. I never once felt rushed — he always made me feel like I was his most important patient.
His surgical skills are top notch, and his attention to detail is evident in my results. Just as important, his follow-up care is beyond amazing. He personally checked in with me throughout my recovery in between appointments to make sure I was doing well, which meant so much and gave me a lot of peace of mind.
His entire team is equally wonderful — responsive, supportive, and genuinely invested in your care and recovery.
