My previous plastic surgeon was Jan Turkle across the street from Dr Aker. Her bedside manner was horrible. Dr Aker is a breathe of fresh air. He completed my tummy tuck, it looks great, and he’s a kind man!

Turkle does have horrible bedside manner! Aker is very nice, although I choose Dr. Bergman. Congrats on your new tummy!!

Thanks for sharing. I did have an appointment with Turkle. She was nice, but very short and did not allow me time to ask questions. I am looking to get my TT done in Feb. 2020. I want to go with Dr. Aker, but he does not use "Exparel" the anesthetic that lasts about 3 days after the tummy tuck. Janet Turkle does use "Exparel" so I am thorned between the two doctors. If Dr. Aker were to use Exparel I would go with him for sure!
