Failed to follow through on his commitments, including fixing disfigurement

I have had a terrible experience with Dr. Zoumaras, despite his initial promises of good customer service and integrity. It's appalling that he failed to follow through on his commitments, including fixing the disfigurement issues I experienced after my surgery. It's even more concerning that he stopped responding to my emails after I made a formal complaint. I am frustrated and upset that this happened to me. I hope that I can get the justice and resolution I deserve, and that my case will serve as a warning to others considering his services.
