Thank you so much for sharing your pictures. I am six weeks Post-Op and I have a belly which worries me thinking that I will stay like that. I see so many pictures here that the ladies have a flat stomach or very little at all. I know I have to have patience but after having this big stomach hanging for so many years I am really looking forward for the results. Again thank you for sharing your pictures and you look amazing.
I hear you..and you are right..patience...and time. It takes some time. I just went in today for my final appointment and Dr. Neaman confirmed that my pooch above my mons area/mid incision area, will continue to flatten as my incision tension eases up and heals. I can feel it breaking up weekly when I rub my fingers across that part of my incision. It was also the most taught area of my incision. So keep up the patience!..you'll get there! Happy Healing
Thank you so much and you too.
Your progression photos / side by side are fab!!!!
Thank you...I can hardly believe its me! so much better than I ever could have expected. Best to you.
Proof!!! You can be sexy and fit at any age if you choose!!!! You look amazing. What do you do more ?? Cardio or Weights . I need ideas I’m starting with simple weights tomorrow p/o week 7
I started spinning 3x a week at 6 weeks, and now at 5 days week. Weights 2x a week..one lower body one upper body day. When the weather is good I will run, but just 3 miles at a mild pace-9 min miles when the weather is right. However, as I mentioned in my progress paragraphs...I didn't do any ab workouts until about 11-12 weeks and really minimal...still very minimal ..easing into that more so than the other. Best to you!
Happy healing you look great
Thank you! Appreciate the support!

5months out TT/LIPO

I am 58 yrs. 5’2” currently 132 lbs size 2 or 4 . Spin 5x day, lift weights upper body & lower body each 1x week. Initially I lost 11lbs after surgery. Also noticed muscle loss by 3 weeks. I began working out at six weeks and slowly building and adding workouts to my week.. and note: added abdominal workouts at 3months (and still cautious:slow with that), I have gained 4lbs back. For me it’s not about a number but about Heath and being able to move comfortably in my skin and clothes! I feel great. Best choice I ever made.
Dr. Keith Neaman, Salem Oregon...is really amazing,

you look amazing! Did you get your muscles tightened?
Yes!!
im considering getting a TT and one doctor uses General anesthesia and the other epidural with IV Sedation. What did Dr Neaman recommend?
Definitely general! we never spoke about epidural.
TY! Did you wake up nauseous ?
No.. I didn't. Apparently I do well with anesthesia as this was my first surgery with general anesthesia. I know that not let's the case.
*That's not always the case..
Hi you look amazing!!! Wow I am 7 week in and I want to get back to my spin class I have been doing the treadmill walking fast pace and stepper. So Consious not to do too much too soon as I have read people's reviews off regret when they undo the TT muscle repair, I think I will start spin class but sit at the back of class at my own speed.. Please keep updating because it informs us that are at the earliest stages what to expect.. thank you, happy healing:) xo
I definitely did my first few spin classes at first at 50%..sitting for most of the class and adding a bit more each time. I had lost leg strength but most notably my lung capacity kept me at a slower pace. Also, my abdominal workout has been slower. I've was cleared just last week by my surgeon to do whatever I want but taking it ez on the abs using pain & muscle spasms as my guide. Best to you!!

3.5 months out TT/lipo flanks

I've had an awesome last 6weeks of heeling. My scar is still pink/purple and the 2" of the midline of my scar where the most tension was, is finally breaking down and becoming smoother like the rest of the scar. I can feel it getting smaller on the inside and see it getting flatter on the outside. Very little swelling left. Amazing how the body heals. I am exercising 5 days a week spinning & weights. While spinning does work the core a bit.,I am just this week beginning a focused abdominal workout... and will be slower to get o 100% on abs as I can tell they have not been ready until now. I've had to be patient.. and it's paying off.

I did not do any exercises until I was cleared at 6 weeks. Three weeks after surgery I could see I was beginning to loose muscle, so it was hard to wait.. but I did! Here are the progressive pictures font and back: day before, day after, 6 weeks and full body picture at 3 months. I have a spine curve that leaves a crease . I am 58 and so happy with my results and my Surgeon: Dr. Keith Neaman at Neaman Plastic Surgery. The best experience possible, in my opinion!!

How long after surgery did you get back to doing house work or normal things?
I would say about 3 weeks I could do around the house things slow..and easy..light lifting though. Still was difficult to get in and out of a car...but I could..just slow and easy!
good luck to you!
Omg you look amazing great doctor
Thank you. I actually found out about him on this website. He is a terrific doctor! I was never nervous and was completely confident in his work.
