There is no way to talk to his previous patients now I know why

I was planning my surgery for a long time, was researching and searching and chose Dr.Javier Soto based on many things very popular on Instagram 1.5 mln followers because he apparently operated on some Colombian blogger. But looking back I really didn’t see any great before and after photos and there is no way to talk to his previous patients now I know why. So I communicated with his assistant Viviana many months before, paid deposit, did all preparations tests, tried to communicate with the doctro before I even left but was given a run-around by Viviana and the boss of this business Katy, also since March when I paid my deposit I requested that my case is done first was told yes will try so July 4 I arrived. All rooms are shared rooms just please know, I guess there is one or 2 private rooms. they look cute outside, on the inside not so much now to my experience with seeing a doctor I arrived three days before my surgery so I arrive July 4 my surgery schedule for July 7 I have never seen a doctor yet I have never talk to the doctor on the phone I was all evaluated by my photos hopefully by the doctor but I never was able to talk to the doctor so I was very hopeful that I will see the Doctor Who will evaluate me in percent well well well I guess that was not the plan that they have it’s not how they supposedly conduct business they want you to see the anaesthesiologist Siri internist pay the fee for the surgery and only then you are allowed to see the doctor which I think is absolutely unacceptable and they are very very very not nice there especially the assistant of Dr sort of Viviana and the boss of the business Katy know I strongly requested that I need to see a doctor before I make my decision if I’m gonna do the surgery with him or not because I was not able to communicate with him before the surgery so I demanded that I am going to see the doctor and I decided that I’m not going to stay and that’s Recovery House before my surgery because there are patients that operate on all the rooms are shared and there is no need for me to pay $100 a day to stay in the recovery room house before the surgery so I booked a hotel right next door literally hotel summer and they had a huge issue with it by the way the stuff in the recovery house is very very attentive and nice nothing against them very nice hard-working people the cleaners the nurses the cook but so I requested to see the doctor they promised that the next day July 5 I’m going to see the doctor I ask what time they wouldn’t give me the time when they schedule this appointment as anaesthesiologist at 10 am July 5 no July 5 come I message the assistant of Dr Soto Viviana what time is my appointment with Dr Soto she responds no appointment with Dr Soto she doesn’t know he’s out of town they keep giving me different information he’s out of town he’s in surgery all kinds of lies okay so I was waiting and waiting finally the boss Katie message me that she will arrange the video call with a doctor in 30 minutes oh I waited three hours to speak to the doctor he finally called me after I threatened that I’m going to cancel the whole thing you finally call me call me on video and to his secretary Viviana called and had a conference call he was in the car did not evaluate me did not look at my body spoke to me for five minutes told me not to worry he will see me later on I confirm that he’s going to see me later on tonight which was July 5 no okay in a few minutes I received a message that my appointment in the clinic I assumed with Dr Soto was 6:15 pm no I decided that I needed to take my arm nail polish off I made an appointment appointment in a city centre arm to look around the town now that I was in my first time at Colombia first time and Cortana and also to do my medical to take off my gel polish so I went to the centre I’ve timed myself as much as I could I called a taxi on time and we were on our way to the clinic which was really far from the city centre just understand it’s not anywhere close to the main attractions so it’s a little far taxi driver was driving me we got caught in traffic because of the construction I informed the assistant Viviana that I am running a few minutes behind mind you I waited three hours to speak to the doctor that same day now they could not wait 15 minutes then another staff member sent me a message her name is Dominique or Something or Dominick as I don’t know who she is in that business to have a lot of people I don’t know who they are a lot of people but to get to the doctor is impossible now that Person sent me a message stating how was that I am in traffic should check the traffic from hotel summer but I was staying in it’s not traffic accusing me of lying I sent her my actual location I explain to her that I was not coming from the hotel that I was in a centre in Boca grande and that I was doing thanks before the surgery now I was about 15 minutes late informed me t
