Office Review: I am an out of state patient and could not rearrange the plans that were in place for 5 months already

Let me start with If I could give this review NO STARS I would. First off, I did not have my tummy tuck and lipo because 2 weeks before my scheduled surgery date of 1/14/22 I received a notification from Dr. Williams office that he would not be in on the 14th and that I needed to reschedule to a different date or pick a different doctor. I was given a list of dates to choose from ALL of which did not work for me because I am an OUT OF STATE patient and could not rearrange the plans that were in place for 5 months already. With such short notice by this office I am now in a bind with my Air BNB, as they do not want to issue me a refund because I have passed the deadline for cancelation. I have requested a refund of my $500 deposit and have been met with nonsense excuses and refusal to give me back my deposit citing "deposit is non refundable" regardless of the cancellation. I find this office to be completely irresponsible and they totally disregard the patient. It's all about the money for them. I am totally disgusted with this office. I strongly suggest others search elsewhere for their surgeon. I went to Florida back in October to have an in person consult with Dr William. I should have seen the writing on the wall when I walked in and saw the hallway corridor lined with women like cattle waiting to get seen. It's really terrible and I am so disappointed with how this office is treating me with no fault of my own.
