Stay Far Away From Palladino & His Surgery Mill

let me start by saying RUN far away because this doctor does not carry medical malpractice insurance and does not disclose this information to his patients.
From beginning to end my experience was traumatic. The hotel TA operates out of and has out of town patients stay while recovering was entirely falsely advertised… it was DISGUSTING.. rooms were decrepit moldy and not a place to heal after surgery … best part was loud construction going on while recovering… the amount of strung out junkies in the parking lot and hotel were frightening.. day 2 after having multiple procedures done at once and finally fast asleep my med Miami aid came flying into the room slamming the door shut behind her and locking it as if she was being chased. She was followed onto the elevator by a woman clearly on drugs who was making physical contact with her on the elevator who then followed her directly out side of my hotel room. Safety and security was a huge let down to say the least. My aid was so shaken as was I. This woman starts abruptly banging on the room door relentlessly. Slams her body against it and will not leave. Security was called never showed up then police were called and arrived. The women fled and she was no where to be found. The rest of my stay I was stressed not able to relax and feeling unsafe. This hotel is seedy, in a bad area and not appropriate for recovering. Palladino and his practice new this and we’re not proud of there recovery est. however continued to sell a false narrative.. Instagram and their website depicted something entirely different. Fancy was not needed just clean hygienic safe and restful. Then comes the worst part. I had multiple procedures done at once was assured this was very common safe and would not compromise the quality or outcome… I consulted w palladino at around 6:30 am it was rushed..they were more concerned about filming content for social then answering my questions.. paper work process was rushed… and then it was go time. I had an extended TT,Breast augmentation w lift, Lipo 360 of back arms legs and a fat transfer (refuse to call it a bbl because it was truly laughable). All of these procedures and out of surgery in under 3 hours!!! woke up in OR in serious pain confused emotional and herded out like caddle. How can you perform “Top” quality work yet rush your surgeries? Stop with your obnoxious answer of “would you like to have been under anesthesia longer”.. actually yes if the quality of my results would have been better. How did you have time to do j-plasma as that in itself requires time? I paid for j-plasma to be done on every Lipo sight and in the post op notes it was only done on my stomach and back…. Rushing will get you that.
My naval was burned during surgery you can immediately see something was not right once bandages came off and now I have a belly button that looks like a spider web and is disformed, my flanks are completely uneven/ lopsided, suturing was so sloppy in the mid incision area and no is not due to how my body heals your work is sub par. Paid for a breast Aug w lift, breasts are not even symmetry was not achieved and same size implant was placed on each side… suturing on breast lift was also sloppy.. I’m sure he barley worked on me and it was his PA’s or students..so disturbed by all of this… it truly has caused me so much grief and trauma. The DR. Is charming until his ego is bruised and patients catch onto his ways. Palladino simply takes your money operates and has the you get what you get mentality and don’t get up set… if you get upset and vocalize your unhappiness he gets defensive, rude, and will gas light you. Then he stops full communication. Palladino refuses to respond to my emails phone calls and his practice will not forward any paper work I signed pre op or post op. Beyond disgusted with how I was treated and how they just wrote me off. They are blatantly ignoring me. Come to find out this low class plastic surgery mill doctor dosnt carry MED MAL INS.!!! Had this been brought to my attention I would never have gone through with my procedures. I feel so violated and gotten. I highly suggest based on factual real life events and my experience that you go elsewhere. These doctors don’t care about their patients or the final outcome. I will be sharing my story everywhere I can. DOH, the Florida board, BBB, care credit, and local new stations. No one should go through what I went through. Not disclosing the fact you choose to not carry insurance is illegal. Florida requires he put it in writing or on signage and no where to be found.

Hello @ exciting… How dare you say my accusations are false in order to try and protect your reputation… when I was in for my surgery there was not one visible piece of signage in your waiting room stating you chose to not carry medical mal practice insurance. You and your office have blatantly ignored me and have not forwarded me any documentation I have signed other than my pre-op labs. You know exactly what you’re doing here. Everything I am saying is accurate I am not one to ever give a false narrative. My experience was horrible and you are not a professional. I wrote my reviews on different days my goal is to tell all perspective patients about my experience with you and your practice and prevent this from happening to someone else. All my points are valid . Your comment stating I go after doctors is a joke because this was my first time having surgery or any issue with an MD… here in New England doctors are required to carry med mal in Florida I understand it’s perfectly legal to opt out however your practice did not make this known… You did a half assed rushed job and were neglectful.. i am now needing a tummy tuck revision. You refused a revision or to communicate with me further calling me a red flag so you have left me with no other choice. Since your now calling me a liar you will hear from my attorney. Thanks.

This sounds like you’re gaslighting your patients. Which is a red flag for me right away.

Also, this account was just made less than 2 weeks ago. Did you make it just to reply to this one patient? Seems very unprofessional to reply as the provider under a shady account name like this. If you take a look at ALL of your reviews on here I can see that there are many horrible reviews and some with photos which to be honest I gasped when I saw the result. Why have you not replied to each and every one of them?

This is why doctors warn people not to go to Florida for plastic surgery because many of them end up in the ER due to complications when they get home. Instead of gaslighting and demeaning women, how about apologizing and trying to do the right thing? We are human no one is perfect and people do make mistakes. But not taking accountability for it is what makes me question your morals and ethics as a provider and person in general.

If this patient above is “going after doctors only with malpractice insurance” then she most likely would NOT have had her surgery done with you. And if she is going after doctors like you are claiming you’re stating that she is then purposely going to a bad doctor to purposely ruin their body with botched surgery just to TRY and sue? This statement alone just makes zero sense. The only reason for not having this malpractice insurance is because lawyers will be less inclined to go after doctors, like you who don’t have it.

Also why does it matter about the time when someone leaves a review? If she left the review today a month from now or a year from now, she is entitled to leave her honest opinion about her results and experience with you. Defamation is only when there are FALSE statements made. If a statement is true, it cannot be false, and therefore, there is no prima facie case of defamation.

The state of Florida has a two-year statute of limitations for medical malpractice causes of action, with a four-year statute of repose, and a seven-year maximum cap for cases that involve fraud, concealment, or intentional misrepresentation by a prospective defendant health care provider.

If the patients statements are in-fact true, your response alone would make me wonder if there is some type of fraud and intentional misrepresentation going on in that office with all of your patients in some way. Going to go take a look at ALL your reviews now on on other forums to see what people are saying, and how you respond to them. I’m sure my assumption of you gaslighting and putting blame on them will be true and no accountability from you on your end ever.
