Tummy tuck and breast lift with Dr. Angkana

After 5 kids and I train hard, my belly and midsection depress me. I’ve wanted a tummy tuck since child 3. I decided to go with a breast lift because after training and breastfeeding they weren’t looking any good either. I’m naturally a 12DD but due to training have reduced to 10D-C. My left breast was always 1-2 cup sizes bigger so I’m keen to get that fixed. I could go with small implants but really don’t want them because when I slow down training I’m sure some breast tissue will return. I will be happy with a C cup. And don’t want o be looking at revision surgery in the future. I’m happy with my breasts in my bathers. I always hated bather shopping cause my left breasts would never fit in the cups

Day 1 & 2
Trinity75November 25, 2017
Day 1 was uncomfortable. The nurses did their best. I had a catheter so I didn’t have to get up. I couldn’t move, the painkillers made me sick and I just slept or 36 hours. I ate very little and having my eyes open for 5 mins was exhausting. I tried to shuffle in my bed to relieve pressure and can move my lower legs. In the evening I went for a small walk. By day 2 I was up and had a shower. Dr. Angkana changed my dressings. I was worried about the size of my breasts but I am happy with them now, they look a full C cup and very neat. I started to eat more day 2. Had an awesome chicken noodle salad. And there’s a soft creamy sweet bun with tea for afternoon tea that I should avoid, but probably won’t. I had a dose of Metamucil in the afternoon and first uneventful BM went well, I had been stressing about that. My only real problem is having to cough from laying down. I ish I had some strepsils. Day 2 I watched the movie Lion, with a nap in between.

Wow thank you so much for sharing. Im flying out thus this with surgery booked for sat. Im starting to feel very nervous. You and I have a similar figure. I to have been working out for the past few months to try and tighten things up a bit and hopfully see my abs in the future. Maube you will be there when i get there. Really unsure of what to pack as my suitcase looks empty but Im hoping to fill it anyway while Im there. Are you happy with the results so far?

Hey, yes going good so far. As long as I heal it will be everything I wanted. I enquired about Vaser Lipo for the best result but I don’t think I could have handled the pain. Being smaller I’m pulled tighter maybe. Once I was in my binder I felt better. An ice pack helped my back pain. Day 6 and I’m not going shopping but feeling good. Make sure u have stuff first cause it’s hard once u get here. Some insect repellent for when u do go out. Some sterile gauze/padding and swabs or aftercare. Some GOOD protein shakes. I use isagenix but something similar quality. Maybe ask at a sups shop cause having it as back up has saved me. I also brought some vitality mix (trail mixed nuts ) from coles. Wish I had brought some sultana bran too, I was going to but didn’t :) Metamucil is great :0) do you get here Friday?

Oh and some movies on our phone or tablet. While in the hospital you’ll be resting lots and at the hotel u can use a usb in the tv.
And the international flight was freezing. It’s quite cool in air conditioning.
And some antiseptic soap. I started washing myself with it the day I left and had it handy for hand washing. You’ll use it post op too :)

Day 3

Feeling much better. A 5 min walk is still exhausting but not as painful and I’m more awake today.
I’m told I won’t get a binder till the drains one out due to pain but I notice all other reviews have binders with heir drains. I can have one but it’s a full body suit. I don’t know.
Also I did have an umbilical hernia, Dr. Angkana did she would not fix it and I could get it done later. I was hoping for a nice belly button.
A lady from DB got me some phone credit strepsils and milk from the shop for which I am very appreciative.

Hi I am booked with Dr A too for my upcoming surgery would love to see more updates
What did you think of the hospital? Are you happy with your results so far
November 26, 2017
Hi. It is daunting at first. I would have liked someone to help me when I first arrived in exchanging money and setting up my phone sim and just telling me some info on the local area. I just got my room key and was left to it. I did manage though. Everyone is nice and it’s quite safe. I did find however transferring payment through a private company the best way to pay for my procedures, I used world first and looked at tor fx. Much cheaper than credit cards etc, I paid 80% that way and should have just paid the rest with them, they have minimum transfer amounts. Just need cash for binders and spending money.
Angkana is lovely. I’ve seen her once since surgery and will see her today. The work is neat, and I am very careful not to do too much so I heal well. Coughing is the worst. I don’t have a binder so I have a folded blanket for weight that helps on my front. My tummy is tight so a binder might hurt and straighten me too much at this stage. Blood supply helps healing and I kick my feet like swimming to get a work out.
If u like a cup of tea bring some tea bags and milk to the hospital. Eat well, so you heal well. The Metamucil is working a treat for me too, no problems there :)
I have some movies on my phone which is good. Oh and the international flight was freezing. It’s cold indoors, I didn’t pack much warm stuff and wish I had some socks.

This is my first international journey, just going through Aussie customs was freaky enough
