And I couldn’t be happier! Swelling has really subsided and the work I’ve been putting in at the gym is finally showing!

How long was your recovery? I mean, how much leave from work? I'm asking because I need a revision of everything and I remember when I had the initial TT, I was only bent over for a week or less. Maybe I won't be this time because it's a revision. I think my ps said it won't be like the first time. I sure hope not. Again, your doctor did an amazing job.

It shouldn't be as bad! I was hunched over with a walker for the first 5 days but he stitched my muscles together from chest to my pubic bone. I was off from work for about 3 weeks or so

You look amazing! How long before the swelling and the bunching from the quilting stitches too smooth out?

Thank you! Oh man... it's been so long I don't remember. Maybe a month for the quilting stitching to smooth out. The immediate swelling went down within 2-3 months but I still had some end of the day swelling well into my 7th month!

I love that I can finally see all the work I’ve been putting in at the gym over the past several years. The severe diastisis wouldn’t let my abs be great! LOL

You look great. How was the swelling?

The major swelling lasted a couple of months. Then I would just swell at the end of the day depending on what I did or ate that day. I think it went away for me around 8 months.
