Tummy Tuck and Arm Lift, Poor Results and Many Issues

I had a tummy tuck, arm lift and chin lipo in mid January. I’m not satisfied with my results. My arm lift is the worst of all. I’m more insecure about my arms now than I was before. There’s a pocket of fat where my arm meets my underarm that’s bulges and creases. He didn’t take the arm lift all the way down to the elbow and where the scar starts (my mid upper arm), it has a permanent crease there now that’s made worse when I move. The scars are obviously unsightly but I expected that. What I didn’t expect though, was for that scarred area to hurt whenever anything touches it. I can’t hold anything under my arm because it bothers me. Even short sleeved shirts rubbing against it are uncomfortable. The tummy tuck itself doesn’t look too bad but I do have a lot of issues that resulted from it. During healing, 6 inches of my incision in the back opened up very deeply. It had been opening slowly and the dr kept telling me that it will close up on its own. It didn’t and it reached a point where it went deeper than where my drain was placed. I feel like this could have been avoided if I had proper after care. Also, once it reached this point, the dr just said I could come in a few days and he will look at it. Not only do I live far away, but I also feel like considering this wound was just left open for so long it should have been taken more seriously. With how big it was I could have easily gotten an infection. Now, this area will likely scar up pretty bad and I get random shooting pains in that spot. Sometimes it’s so uncomfortable that I can’t sleep. I knew going into this that healing would take time and results vary, but I feel like my issues could have been minimized if I had better care. Every appointment I had with the doctor was rushed and when I would bring up the issues I was having I was told that it will take time and to be patient and clean the area. As a result of this, I’ve been in a terrible place mentally and don’t know what to do anymore. I have contacted them, asked how to handle these issues and asked for an emailed response to make sure I don’t miss any steps and I’m busy and now living in another time zone but all I’ve gotten was a call. I’m now going to have to pay for a revision for my arms but I don’t know what to do about the pain I feel. I don’t think there’s anything that can be done about that. Please do your research when choosing a doctor and make the best informed decision you can for yourself. If you want pictures, let me know and I can send you some of my results.
