Dr. Fallucco was amazing from start to finish. His bedside manner is something special. He took the time to actually listen, to explain everything, and to make me feel seen. Not rushed, not dismissed, just heard. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and not just the surgery.
The entire staff matched his energy. Every person I interacted with, from the front desk to the nurses to the team in the OR, was professional, kind, and on top of it. There is something really comforting about walking into an office where everyone clearly takes pride in what they do and how they treat people. I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Fallucco!
