I had an amazing experience! Dr. Fasching is a genius!

So 6 week post op today! Went to see my doctor on my 4 week post op appointment and everything looks good and i am healing nicely, he also cleared me for exercising like light stretching, walking,bicycling etc but no heavy lifting for another 4 weeks or so. That means I can’t pick my 23 month old for the next few week or a month..which i am really missing but it’s all for my good. He told me to keep the tape on the scar, scabs are pretty much gone.. it just few tiny scabs are there. Scar is very low. After three weeks of surgery I noticed i swelled up easily because of doing too much and he told me that swelling is common and it will eventually go away on its own just don’t stand too much for more than 20 mins. Tummy is pretty much numb which is expected after going for such an extensive surgery. I can move and walk easily and also i started laying down to my side aswell. So yeah everything is going well.

Also just wanted to share a pic of my Belly button and I’m really happy with where I’m at 2 weeks down.Surgery was worth it. Love the way i look.after a long time i like what i see in the mirror. So much happy with my recovery so far. Touchwood!

So today i am 18 day post op! just feeling awesome day by day and getting back to my daily routine and enjoying motherhood with my two beautiful daughters and a loving, caring husband which makes me feel great. A little stiff this morning but other than that i am doing awesome and though i am a little over 2 weeks into my recovery, i love the way how i look and Healing nicely with no pain at all.
