I had been researching having a tummy tuck with muscle repair for about five years. I've had excess skin since I had my son in 1993 and no amount of exercise would help and aging didn't help either. I came across Dr. Ladocsi's name in a Facebook group and he came highly recommended. I did have a couple other consultations before going to Dr. Ladocsi but he made me feel comfortable from the start. I had my consultation on May 28, 2021. He answered all my questions and was honest with what my overall results would be. The office Manager Angela in the Midlothian office also made me feel more at ease about making my decision for this surgery. I immediately chose to seal the deal and scheduled my surgery for December 2, 2021 when I would be on vacation. Prior to the day of my surgery, his office made sure that I had everything needed to make my surgery successful from my pain meds, binder information, scar treatment and instructions on how to take care of myself after surgery. On the day of my surgery, I arrived as soon as the facility was open. It was so clean and all the staff made sure that I was very comfortable. I was a little nervous but excited at the same time. The surgery went VERY well and I was back at home by 2 p.m. I did have some minor issues that evening as a result of the pain meds but I was fine by the next day. Dr. Ladosci and his office staff were readily available by phone when my family called for guidance. They truly cared. My recovery was a little rough the first couple of days but that was to be expected and was explained to me by the staff. I did suffer a seroma as well but Dr. Ladocsi was able to clear it up in no time with meds. His nurse, Allison ,was always a joy to see when I had my follow-up appointments. She helped me with all my questions and recovery needs. I'm now six months into my recovery and my results are AMAZING. Just about all my swelling is gone and my core has never felt tighter. And my scar is coming along very well. I'm so glad that I took this journey with Dr. Ladosci!
