*personality/relationship - displays genuine concern; he calls you himself after a procedure; not just the nurse; he motivates you to prepare and sustain; GAME ON!
*knowledgeable - I read and read more articles, blogs, etc... than days allowed, when I talked with him, Dr. Lindsey restated it all, but he customized it for my interest and need; I went in for one thing, and he told me "no" but, I was very happy I went with his "no"; he prepared me for everything from preparation to recuperation
*accuracy to detail - from beginning to end, he knew/knows it all
*affordability - very reasonable and helpful
