Tummy Tuck

I did a allot of research before choosing Dr. Lawton. I read all the reviews and also I spoke with some of the patients with positive comments and after 3 years of going to others plastic surgery doctors, I desired to let Dr.Lawton to do my tummy tuck with the side which is cold the "Ears" skin which was done on April 2019. I honestly was so happy with the removal of the Ears Skin and also the extra skin left after 3 pregnancy.
This part of my body show improvement almost after the surgery. However I have a tummy tuck, which i did not have any pain in the abdominal area at all, which was awesome, but after 6 months my abdominal is not flat. I can not wear my dream dress yet or a tied shirt. I am still wearing x large size and one size down of the jean. I know this process is not for loosing weight but i should feel like the pictures they posted in the website 4 months after the surgery. I also understand that everyone is different and probably I am the 1%, that I have to wait a year to see result. Also, after the surgery i have a terrible experience with the nurse...., I was place in the recovery room and I was calling them because I needed to use the restroom, I though they could not hear me, so I continue insisting that i needed to use the restroom and i hear the nurse saying that they did not have anyone to help her to take me to the bathroom. I was in so much pain holding that I pee on my self.... in a second they was rushing trying to get a wheelchair to discharge me, when i was telling them again that i was need it to pee more and the other nurse said "well she already did it in the bed" so i did not have any other choice than finishing pee on my self while they was rushing me to seat in the wheelchair and told my husband to change my cloths when i get home because of the situation, instead of let me borough a gown. This was a terrible experience that is still stick on my brain.....! We paid so much to have not only the care of the doctor but the care of the nurses as well. I only hope that in my next appt the doctor tell me that my abdominal stomach will go down. I do also a strict diet and paid additional 1,600 with the True Med to help me loosing fact, so i really working so hard and i hope is worth it at the end of this year just like i said before "to wear my dream dress". To Dr. Lawton I am not saying that you are a bad plastic surgeon, I may be that 1% that you can fix.

Hearing about your experience is incredibly important as I cannot be everywhere. I can however instill in my team that they represent the passionate care that I insist upon, in every situation on every day. Even after 30 years I learn to be more responsive and compassionate, and so must my staff. That is the promise I made to myself, and to you, and will accept nothing less from staff that will either make the commitment or leave for a place where less than perfect is acceptable.
