I’m still swollen but very happy with the results. We are doing scar treatment now with Biocorneum and hidrocortizone creams. I still have to wear the binder for 2-3 weeks. I’m good with that and just so happy I don’t have the drains anymore. Also, I still have to prop pillows behind my back while I’m in bed. The doctor says my recovery is going very well.

I’m going shopping for new clothes today. I’m going on. Cruise in August, and very excited about the kinds of clothes I’ll be able to wear now.

No more drains and I can shower starting tomorrow! Yaaay!!
Dr removed he tape on my areolas. The tape is still underneath the creases of my breast. I’m feeling so much better now; No more pain pills.

I had a follow up appointment today. I was supposed to have the last drain removed but Dr Rumalla says he didn’t think It was quite ready to be removed, and he will remove it Tuesday. He Told me I’m healing very fast, and the drain probably could be removed today but he would rather go with a definite than a probably, and wanted To make sure there are no complications. At first I was a little disappointed (I’m so anxious to take a Long hot shower) but I got over it. I want to do whatever the doctor thinks is best. He says I’m recovering very well and he likes what he’s seeing. Im finally back in my bed upstairs, and I can stand up straight now. I’m feeling so much better now, and it’ not as uncomfortable when I cough. Every time i walk by a mirror or a window where I can see myself I say wow! I look so good! I will post more photos soon. I’m waiting until the drain is removed.

I hope it comes out this week. I washed my hair and face in the sink and used a warm, soapy washcloth for a sponge bath. It was fabulous. I'm in week three as well. Your results are pretty!
