Just had my tummy tuck yesterday. Went for a consult last month and booked right away. Can’t rate the after care yet but so far the entire process with the Dr office, care team and surgery center have been wonderful. I had lots of questions and even a lot of pre op anxiety and they were great easing my fears.

No pain at all but had a really bad headache and was nauseous I’m sure from meds. Trying to find my comfort in getting in and out of bed and best way to not strain my abs. Eating rather light but luckily already had a BM and lucky i remembered the stool softeners. Drains had a lot of fluid but seems to be slowing some.

Today is day 3. I feel fine. Stopped norco yesterday as i just have no pain, but i coughed today… and that’s painful!
I think it’s just hard on my back sleeping/sitting up and being hunched over. I go to Dr tomorrow and he’s going to check everything so i will post a picture for day 4.

Went to the Dr today for a check up. As thought, I’m swollen but it’s all normal. Questioned the changing colors of my drain fluid which is also normal. Switched to Tylenol and can finally shower **yay** i was able to get into bed alone today ad the car for my appointment. Walked in and out of the Dr office and was fine. A little tired because it was more than I’ve done in 4 days but felt nice to get up and out
