20 months and feeling good
Its been almost 2 years. I've never felt better. Lost 25 lbs since I started my adventure and I'm loving it!! Healthy diet and exercise us must but I actually enjoy it. My confidence is where it's never been before! Shopping for clothes is actually fun now. Wish I'd done it sooner but grateful I got to do it.

You look fantastic! Congratulations on the weight loss and getting the body you have wanted. I hope to get as good results as you! The thought of working out and going binder-free is a bit petrifying. I am 13 days po, still hunched over and have to return to work soon :(
