New Surgery
Hello, I'm one year post op. I have scheduled my second surgery for May 29 2018 with the same doctor. I'm getting lipo done in my arms and doctor will be doing muscle repair on my upper abdomen. According to doctor that's why my tummy is not flat. He says its not that I have excess fat in that area, its my muscle that's separated. My last surgery I had the mini tummy tuck combined with lipo. He repaired the bottom muscle of my tummy and did lipo on my back, flanks, and abdomen. I'm hoping to really see a dramatic difference with this surgery. He advised to be careful with my food choices the coming months. He said to keep a healthy diet and to stay away from sugar and red meats to keep the extra fat soft. He said that its easier to suck out that way. Anyway, I'm very excited and I know this will be my last so......just a few more months.
11 wk post op
The sm girdle is no longer compressing so I am using my waist trainer to shape. I started excercising around seven wks post op. I've still have some inflammation on the front of my tummy. Itchiness from lipo is barely there.
