3 months-ish after surgery
Sorry it has taken a while to post my updated pictures. Going to download my side by side comparison pictures from June (pre-surgery) to November 3rd (3 months-ish after). I started at 195lbs and got down to 183 so far and still working on it. Doing a high protein, low carb, low sugar diet.
update
I was asked to post after, so here is the side by side of before and after. I have been posting as many pics as possible but I think this is better to see difference. The after is 7 weeks after surgery.
7 weeks post op
At doc visit last week, he said to start using scar cream. Still can't do anything crazy, no more than 10lbs lifting, can do easy workouts. Stitches on muscles still healing. Took pics of my incision, told doc to go as far as he needed to take off as much extra skin as possible, have about 6 inches not touched on my back. Also took the pics to see if scar creams work.
