Lipo 360

WORTH IT$4,980
Almost 3 months in and I’m still loving it. I’m healing still, my lower back and sides are a little sensitive from time to time, however... my results are great.
When I watch my calories they are even better! It’s amazing to see what just a week of light activity and eating better does. Over all... I’m so happy & I can’t wait to see myself in another 3 months.

Did you just get Lipo?
Yes ma'am, the only cosmetic procedure I've ever had was the lipo-360 I'm still healing from... (tumescent lipo treatment). :)
Ok.. I am goin to Dr.Long at the end of this month.
Omg! Keep me informed :) I'm so excited for ou
Will do! Do you think I need the ab board and lumbar support things that you had?
I would either make my own from a chuck... you can YouTube or google I'm sure, or buy the one I used on amazon. For me, it was a game changer. I wish I had it from day 1.
You look great! I am also about three months post revision liposuction. I gained 10 pounds after my first liposuction, although I didn't notice because my clothes still fit the same. It wasn't till I got on the scale that I freaked out! Cleaning up my diet and exercising definitely helped! I am still wearing my garment as well. Happy healing & enjoy your great results!
Hi! You look great. I also went to Dr. Long And we are pretty similar in size and I did just the lipo too. I am 11 days post op. It helped me to read your review at that point about the lumps, made me feel better to know it is normal.

Did the lumps go away for you?
When did you stop wearing your garment and or waist trainer?

Essentials

Aside from coconut oil (which I previously did not mention):
The lumbar support & ab board are ESSENTIAL for me. They greatly decrease pain from swelling and fluid retention!!!
Before I shower:
I use the dry brush (purchased from amazon to stimulate blood flow and circulation as well as to aid in exfoliation of skin)
Following shower:
I apply coconut oil all over my body and then apply the compression garment and waist trainer (or just compression). I have several types of coconut oil all virgin and unrefined... it doesn’t really matter the brand and you can get it from any supermarket, Walmart, etc.

So I’m one week out, and my back and stomach are both very sore, is that the reason you got the boards? Also did your feet swell?
My feet did not swell. Yes the soreness lasts quite a while. Full recovery is around 6 months. The boards help tremendously with the pain/soreness.
Thank you! You look awesome! I LOVE my results! Just trying to make sure I’m doing everything right in recovery
Hi, thank you for your updates, they are much appreciated. How are you liking your results?
I love my results. They would be even better if I would eat healthy. When I start eating cleaner they look amazing. When I'm eating whatever and not watching calories of course I'm bloated and the curves are less defined but I don't look anything like I did before either way. I will post more updates !!!
What's the purpose of the coconut oil?
??
After the procedure your skin needs to rejuvenate itself. When you remove fat your skin needs to shrink back down, as it's been expanded by the underlying fat. The coconut oil provides lipids and fatty acids to add moisture into your skin allowing it to stay hydrated and to repair itself. :)
Ok....I'm using arnica cream, gel and dissolvable pellets during the day.
I do mix it up with Jergens skin tightening lotion at night after the shower.
Hi. I am having lipo 360 in October. Did you also wear compression socks. Thank you for mentioning coconut oil.

Swelling

Started noticing lumps all over in random places that I received the lipo (which is normal). They are pretty painful, I rub a little to massage and then leave them alone. I think the most important part of this particular phase of recovery is to keep wearing your compression. So far, things are going well and I am excited to continue seeing results.
