I researched several doctors and consulted with several. I found reviews and credentials for Dr. Liland online. He was very direct and to the point and answered all the questions I had which I appreciated very much. I read through several of his patients' reviews and felt that it was the best option to choose him as my PS for liposuction. I have my pre-op appointment tomorrow and although I'm a little nervous, I'm very excited as well! For those that have been through this type of procedure before, please feel free to offer any advice or tips. I would really appreciate it! I'm so glad that I came across Real Self while doing my research because it has been very beneficial and I have been amazed at before and after photos along with other's stories and journeys. I look forward to sharing mine as well!

Tomorrow is the big day! I believe I have purchased everything I need or might need for recovery so I'm very excited to get this done! I'll be sharing updates as much as I can. Before and after pics coming soon!

Day of treatment

Surgery was at 8 am this morning. Staff & Dr. Liland were all great & made me feel very comfortable. I felt no pain due to the general anesthesia. It was over before I knew it! I made it home & did get nauseous after eating so needless to say I did vomit a little. But that was it. My worst pain has been about a 7 but pain pills quickly bring that down. Soreness is what I mostly feel. I can feel myself very swollen & tender to the touch through my undergarment. I've been taking naps here & there & getting up to walk or move around but overall feel ok today. Here are some before & after pics. I will be sure to post more pics as my progress continues! I'm so excited!

Ment to put this on your before and afters. Can't wait to see your results in a month or so once all the swelling and bruising is gone. Your gonna look amaze-balls.lol Keep healing and resting.
