The only Thing I wished I had Brought was a body pillow. The semi round ones that look like a giant neck pillow. I used everything else. I underestimated the swelling so bring big clothes. I had a lot done so the swelling was crazy. I'm thinking of going back in Feb for a nose job.

How long did he said to take pressure off your butt?? We are having almost the same thing and the recovering part has me anxious since I won't be able to sleep on my tummy like I usually do because of my breast reduction :( and I wont be able to b on butt either.

You can sleep on your butt. I did. Every other girl there did too. The pillow is so you can sleep sitting up. The first week is the worst. Its the lipo on the back and stomach muscle repair that hurts. It's easier to just sleep with lots of pillows propping you up with pillows under your knees. Because Dr. FG uses drains i only needed 1 bag of pads. Benadryl helps with the itching. By week 2 it will begin. Tylenol pm helped me sleep. Be sure to take your own pain pills if you have a low pain tolerance. I didn't need any but I have a high tolerance and never take pain meds. I busted a stitch and part of my incision separated. It separated about 2 inches. I still can't feel it. It's closing really well. It's pretty common apparently. I just tried to recover too fast. Use your 2 weeks to do nothing. Don't do anything by yourself. If you go to serenity house (which I recommend) they are amazing about taking care of your needs. Dr. FG's therapist Ana is fabulous. Your first massage will hurt. Take a pain pill and let her work . Breathe deep! All that pain will help you drain faster. Your back will have fluid on it and yes, you will feel it. The massages helps release it. By the time you go home the fluid will be gone. I'm still numb in my lower back and abdomen. Through it all its well worth it. Take vitamin c too.

Trust me, he is worth it. Dr. FG is kind and genuinely cares about your results. He will not do anything that will not guarantee fabulous results. I am already planning a trip next Feb for a nose job and my mom is coming for bet own procedures. I will not see any other doctor for ps, DR.FG is just that good. I will look for his card and inbox you his number if you'd like.

Serenity is great. The staff is very helpful however, no there are no hospital beds. If you stay here bring a body pillows as it will be needed if you have a tummy tuck.
