Wow! Its been 11 weeks now and I am pretty much back to normal. I swam for the first time since last year and felt some tightness doing the breast stroke but it was painful it just felt different. Probably a different kind of pull then I am used to.

I have lost a little strength on my push ups and pullups but slowly they are coming back.

I have gained some weight as I was doing whole 30 during the month I had the surgery. I am eating paleo now but probably consuming too many calories. So my thighs are not as nice as I would like them but I can tell a huge difference in their diameter from when we started.

Very happy with the breasts, although wish I had gone a little bigger as when they were all swollen they really made my waist look tiny bit they are very proportionate and perky which I love. The scars are healing very nicely with the silicone sheets. They are probably 50% faded. One of the breasts looks square from the side I am hoping it will continue to settle and fill out the pocket more and the square look will be gone. I will be discussing that with my PS when I go for my follow up in May. I went from a 34B to a 34D.

Really happy and would do it again! Wish I had done my outer thighs now at the same time. Live and learn!

I decided to have the surgery after breastfeeding my twins girls for 26 months and then after a 25 pound weight loss I went from a dd to a small droopy B. I run many miles every week and do 5-10 half marathons a year and in October ran my first full marathon..still hardly any change in the thighs and I had lots of problems with chafing..compared to chafing this has been a breeze!

I am on day 17 post op and pretty happy with everything I had done.

My biggest issue beforehand, and now, was thinking about not working out for such a long period of time. I am an avid crossfitter and runner. Currently I am walking 3 miles 4-5 days a week and have been since day 8, which I really think has helped reduce the swelling. I also started eating very clean 3 weeks before the surgery and I ate tons of pineapple before, and after, which I think helped with swelling and I have been eating lots of good fats like avocados which I feel helps the body heal faster.

I choose 300 saline implants overfilled to 330.

Day 1) I don't remember anything except that I woke up to them dressing me and telling me it was time to go home. One leg hurt really bad getting in and out of bed and the car. I came home and slept and around dinner was able to walk down and eat with my family. I watched the batchelor that night and slept upright.

Day 2) got up and around and after my follow up appointment was told I could shower. Hubby helped me shampoo my hair but I managed otherwise and although very tender when sitting had no other discomfort. Noticed after the shower that I had a pretty large burn on my ass and the skin came off. Dr gave me some burn creme and said it happens with vaser.

Day 3) slept a lot today last day taking pain meds. I already love the breasts...they make my waist look so much smaller and my body is in much better proportions.

Day 4) started pretty much doing my normal routine and felt fine just on ibuprofen, folded laundry and able to do things around the house although still very tender and swollen

Day 7) follow up appointment, cleared to do walking, no longer in need of ibuprofen. PS said they took 400 cc of fat from thighs

Day 8-17) walking 4-5 times per week and it is really helping with the lipo swelling, noticing a very nice change. Breasts are finally softer and feeling more natural. Starting to feel implant when wiping the counters and doing things especially on my right side as I am right handed. Wondering if that will become more natural feeling or will it always be so awkward? Very worried about how I will be going back to cross fit and doing pullups and muscle ups and exercises that use those muscles feel like I am going to push it out or something.

I am feeling some tingling along incisions and some slight tenderness in legs where vase bruising is. Noticing a hard patch where tissue is more maroon and the area feels hard and tender..should I be massaging this yet? I dont have another appointment with my PS for another 10 days...also wondering how much more my breasts will drop? I really like them as they are!!

Will keep you posted! This site has been such a wonderful resource going through all this..I hope my experience will aid someone else!
