I am very petite 5'1" and about 85lbs, I have always been thin and as a result my chest was small, 30B. I have wanted implants for quite some time and I have known since I was in high school that I would eventually have this procedure. I had my surgery in April 2014 2 days after my 23rd birthday, I chose 300cc moderate profile silicone implants. My implants were placed under the muscle via crease incision. My recovery was very easy and I am absolutely thrilled with my results!!
