I've wanted a breast augmentation since i was 18. I'm finally married and have an amazing husband that supports me and was all for it!
We both did our research and agreed on how we wanted them too look which was large and natural! I wanted to keep my same natural shape and become a D cup.
I looked online at every Dr surrounding my area. I looked through all the before and after pictures and all the reviews. The Dr I chose was Dr Marvel in Tullahoma Tn. He did an awesome job! His staff is amazing! They answered every question I had, they are always on time with their appt. , and took very good care of me!

How are your implants holding up being over the muscle? It's doesn't appear you have much upper pole fullness??

They look great! Doctor did a fantastic job!

Thank you for sharing your story. Was wondering what profile you chose for your implants? I have an almost identical figure as yours and I was happy to see that u went over muscle and still have amazing lift. My doctor said I would have to go under the muscle to get a lift and to avoid having to get a real lift. My surgery is scheduled for December and I'm so nervous and have been doing nothing but research for what I feel will be best for me an what I would like my boobs to look like.

Recovery was very easy! I took pain meds first 2 days after surgrey. Had minimal pain which felt like a shock rather than a constant pain. Per Dr orders ive worn a sports bra 24/7 and can only sleep on my back.

WOW! You do look amazing! I too am having mine placed over the muscle. 3 more days! July 13, 2017. I however am a little talker and heavier than you and am getting 500cc's. Do you have any recovery advice? Do you do any massaging?
July 11, 2017
With the textured implants i just now started to massage them... dr orders. And I'm 2 months post op. The only trouble i had after surgrey was having to sleeping on my back. Other than that it was easy peasy! No lifting or raising your arms. It was seriously a breeze for me! Good luck! 500cc?? Exciting!!! I think mine are looking bigger by the day and getting way softer. They feel so natural

How many days/weeks until you could lift heavy objects or raise your arms?
August 24, 2017
I was told 2 weeks for raising my arms. As far as lifting things I was careful for 3 weeks then I gradually started doing more. At the 4 week mark I was good to resume normal activities. I feel as if I never had a BA done and that I always had nice breasts. My old self is a thing if the past that I don't remember much of. I am so glad I had it done. Now I can move forward feeling confident in myself.

Yeah, 1 week i think for not raising your arms at all and longer than that for lifting. I don't remember exactly. I went over the muscle so i barely had pain at all.

My first 9 days I used a lot of ice on my right breast and then Percocet for 4 nights. Other than this I used Motrin for about 5 days straight. I still have a tiny bit of soreness where my incisions are. The PS said I had 3 layers of stitches under my incision lines. I'm feeling real good though.

Thanks for the reply. I'm just about to go in for 300cc over the muscle with my current look/size of breast similar to yours. One more question please. If you couldn't lift your arms for that long how did you wash/style your hair?
September 15, 2017
I didn't have a problem lifting my arms. Just don't lift anything heavy over your head. Like lifting to get something down from a cabinet. As far as washing my hair I did that over the bath tub. Seriously, I was impressed with how easy and painless it was. I struggled with getting comfortable sleeping on my back. And once the nerves came back I hard sharp pains but they weren't constant. Don't be nervous though. Over the muscle is the way to go!
September 16, 2017
Yes I'm happy to go over the muscle. I'm also a side sleeper so back sleeping will be a challenge. Hopefully mine end up similar to yours. They look fantastic! My surgery's happening September 26, I will post before/after pics

I think you look AMAZING! Very natural! I had 400 saline overs almost 4 weeks ago. I hope I can look like you eventually!

They change everyday! I'm extremely happy with my results! Yours are beautiful as well! I'm sure you're pleased
July 11, 2017
Thanks! I am very pleased. I forget I'm older than you lovely ladies. Gravity has had 20 more years on my boobs! Lol! Darn gravity!

I had something similar happen to me. Not to scare you but I noticed my left breast was getting smaller which made me think at first my right was sagging more and more. Over time I started to feel pain in my left breast and was starting to get worried. Come to fund out I ended up having a capsular contracture on my left breast. I also had my implants placed over. I was going for a natural look since my I didn't want a mini lift. Make sure you talk with your PA about this and keep an eye on it. I wish you well. Btw some of your pics show they look the same but the first photo clearly shows a difference in your breasts. Other than that they look natural and look grear on you. :)
I am much older than you, but have similar build and shape of breasts.... I have found that most women go with unders, but have the opinion that over the muscle looks more natural- may I ask how they feel now to you? Meaning, do they FEEL natural to you?
