Thank you =) I know our bodies change after kids and with age but I really did love the way my breasts looked after the saline implants. I went with silicone this time because they won’t lose volume and more natural feel. I probably should’ve went a little bigger but I think we all feel that way afterwards. I cried last night and told my husband that we envision something in our heads and when we spend that much money and it’s not quite what we expected is a tad bit disappointing. I told him that I couldn’t remember the last time I felt confident about myself and not so insecure since having kids. All I want is to feel good in my own skin again. I’m completely blessed with what I have and the opportunity to go through this revision so I can’t expect perfection. They are definitely fuller so I can’t complain about that. Thank u for the positive comments =)

I feel the same way. Hind sight I wish I went a little bigger, but I got what I asked for, so that is a positive. I am still happy how they turned out... can’t wait to see how they look when they are done settling. I was always very thin and after I turned 40, I feel like my body changed, and not in a good way!! I have been working out trying to make myself feel better about my body. Part of me has accepted it as part of getting older (will be 48) and the other part of me is in denial. Just remember, we are our worst critics. Most people will notice the flaws we see in ourselves. You look great. Try some sexy bras on, you will feel better. :)

Thank you. It does help with the confidence hearing it from someone you don’t know. Yours look like they will settle nicely. I don’t have much healingvto do as mine were previously under the muscle hence no bruising this time. I look forward to seeing your progression.

Wow! You look amazing. I'm so happy for you to have such a beautiful result! I have a question for you. Do you notice a weight difference between the silicone and saline? I've read that silicone feels lighter. If you don't mind me asking, what is your bra size now? Thanks so much for sharing your experience. <3

Hi, I don’t notice a difference in weight. I got the moderate plus but I can see how the higher profiles might be a little heavier since they are more compact.

What a beautiful result! I can't wait to replace my saline with silicone. Have you noticed if silicone is heavier or about the same? I have neck issues and nerve damage and I'm planning to downsize a bit to lighten the load on my neck and shoulders. Congrats on your beautiful outcome!!

I know it’s so hard for people to find exact experiences as to what we are looking for that’s why I decided to share mine and am open to any questions or concerns. I’m 5’1”, 117 Lbs and originally had mentor 300cc saline filled to 325cc under the muscle. Over the course of three kids and tissue loss I was sure that some of the implant volume was lost. I had nice full boobs after my original implants at a full C cup for my body size. When I went back to my surgeon I tokd him I still wanted the natural look but that I wanted to look “full” like I once did. During surgery ge placed two sizes and decided on Mentor moderate plus 400cc unders. I’m only a few days out but i can tell I’m fuller than I was without looking fake, which is what I wanted. Going back to work tomorrow and no one will be able to tell. Once the tape comes off I’m willing to post pics if anyone is interested in the outcome.
