POSTED UNDER Tuberous Breast Correction Surgery Reviews
3 weeks post-tissue expander and just had my first fill yesterday

She is an Angel
WORTH IT
This will probably be a long review, but if you are considering Dr Anna, I suggest you read.
I have completed one out of two surgeries I needed to get fix a horrendous breast augmentation result from a different doctor. I had previously very MILD tuberous breasts(pictures attached). I always knew that I wanted to get my breasts fixed because of the odd shape and how small they were. While living out in LA, I went to a doctor out there based in Beverly Hills. I was 21 years old and paid with my own hard earned money.
Having had a consultation with another doctor in New York, I already was aware of my tuberous breasts and what should have been done to fix them. The main component was releasing the constricted bands so that an implant can fill out the lower pole of my breasts and give them a more round, pleasing shape while augmenting. In my consultation with this doctor (who I really would like to name but I won't in respect for Anna), he assured me that he will release the bands. It was very rushed, and although I wasn't very sure about when exactly I wanted to get the surgery, after the consultation his patient coordinator pressured me into booking that same day for a date that was a month from then. Although I did want to wait until after I had moved to avoid any type of damage, they assured me that it would be fine and to just book it. Since it was something I wanted a badly, I just went along and booked it. Besides, he was TRIPLE certified, harvard educated and had over 1000 5 star reviews on RealSelf. What could go wrong? I had the procedure 8/27/21. That has turned out to be one of my biggest regrets.
He lied to my face, assuring me that the bands were released in my post op appointments. He RUINED my boobs and my self confidence. They looked good in a bra, but when I looked in the mirror naked it would bring me to tears because I couldn't believe how horrible they looked. Come to find out that they never were released. I thought that there was no way I could fix them without getting a lift and having unpleasant scarring, as many doctors I seen said that was the only way. Not to mention how hard it was to trust another doctor after my first experience, especially a male doctor, which as you may know this industry is male-dominated. Honestly most of them would rather take the easy route to get the quickest dollar.
Then came Dr. Anna. She thoroughly explained how we could fix my breasts using a two step procedure, where first she would explant my implants through my old incisions, actually release my constricting bands and place a teardrop shaped tissue expander in to fill out that lower pole so that when it comes time to put in the final implant, everything will already be stretched out and ready! The pictures attached are from my one week post-op. I am now 3 weeks post-tissue expander and just had my first fill yesterday. I am beyond happy with how my breasts look now compared to how they looked before.
Anna truly cares about her patients and their results. She is an aesthetics queen and she brought back hope into my life. I mean not to be dramatic but she was like an Angel sent into my life. No one should ever have to go through what I went through. Throughout the whole process her and her team have been nothing but professional, compassionate, and just amazing. Truly I want to cry writing this because it has had such an impact on me for the past year. I still have to have another procedure, but there's no doubt in my mind that it'll be the LAST procedure I ever have. If you are going to trust anyone with your body, please let it be Anna. She won't let you down.
