I'm sure many of you are looking for before and after pictures, here are mine. Before, the bruising the week after surgery and now, about 2 and a half months post op.

Dr. Connall is AMAZING I had my Breast Augmentation on May 5th 2017 I am a little over a month post-op. I feel completely fine and completely normal, I know when I was researching Breast Augmentation I was worried that what the other girls were saying with their heal times were a bit over exaggerated.. I don't know if their surgical experience was that different than mine or if I have that much of a higher pain tolerance.. I got my surgery done on Friday May 5th at 11:30am I was out of surgery and home by 1pm I don't remember me much and it was my first time under any anesthetics. However I got my surgery on Friday and I pretty much slept all weekend because of the pain medication, I went back to work on Monday… I was a little sore still, I would say I was sore until about Wednesday. I have always been self conscious about my breasts and Dr. Connall definitely changed that for me I’m so happy with my size, look and overall experience. The reason I chose Dr. Connall is because my mom had her Breast Augmentation done by him in 2005, I had many of the “Free Consultations” with other surgeons but I did not feel comfortable going under the knife with them, at first I was very scared to pay the $100 consultation charge because what if I didn’t like him or didn’t want to choose him? Then I would lose that $100 that could have went towards my surgery at another place. I am very happy I took that chance and I am very happy with everything that Dr. Connall has done, I have recommended all of my friends that are thinking about getting a Breast Augmentation done to him because he is that amazing!

Same city, considering Connall for ideal implant as well-to avoid having to do MRI every year to check on silicones. Glad to hear you are happy with this doctor. I plan to keep up on how you are doing! I do not know anyone personally who has had this surgery, so this site is so valuable.
Stillreal, I would definitely recommend him.. he is amazing, I just posted some updated pics and before and after pics!!! I'm extremely happy with the job he has done.

What influenced your choice of incision placement? (Axillary vs crease vs nipple.)
And over or submuscular placement. I mostly want to avoid being more invasive, than necessary and think I would prefer over muscle, but wonder if the implant would just slide down my chest with time. And wonder if dr Conall does subfascial placement. What did you choose?

I honestly chose the crease because it was the cheapest, I wanted to do axillary but it was about $1,000 more expensive and I scar very well so I knew that in about 6 months time my scar would barely be noticeable. I'm 2 and a half months post op and you can already barely see it. And I went submuscular because I told dr connall that I wanted it to look as natural as possible... he basically told me that going over the muscle would make them look a lot less natural and I didn't want that.
