Time flies when you're having fun!

It's been just over 4 months since I had my mommy makeover. It's hard to believe so much time has already passed. It's been awhile since I posted an update so I thought I would get on here and let you lovely ladies know how things have been going. The doctor gave me the okay to get my workouts back to normal at 10 weeks post op. So for the past month or so I've been back at it. Getting in full workouts that include weights and core. I had to start slow as my body definitely tired more easily and I could only tackle about 3 or 4 days at the gym. As a result I'm up 7 lbs since my surgery :( but hopefully that will come off with some consistent workouts. The biggest piece of advice I can offer for anyone considering this procedure is "pack your patience"! There is SO much going on with your body. You HAVE to be patient...which I suck at but am learning. I still experience "swell hell" it's definitely a real deal. It's uncomfortable at times. My right breast appears to be healing differently than my left. But I have to remind myself they are separate entities lol and have minds of their own. There are roller coaster days where I feel like I don't look as good as I should after putting my body through all of this... and then days where I feel like a sexy biatch lol I suppose that's all part of being a womAn... surgery or no surgery hahaha.

A little over 9 weeks Post Op

It's been awhile since I posted an update.
My energy level is approaching normal again. I'm excited to be increasing my workouts finally. Almost back to normal, with the exception of core work which should be able to resume the end of this week as I hit the 10 wk milestone. I've gained 8lbs since my surgery so that is discouraging but I suppose part of this whole process.
I do have swelling that makes me feel uncomfortable after working out and at the end of a busy day. I find that wearing the compression garment as much as possible significantly helps with this! I'm ready to be done with them but they definitely help.
I think the girls have pretty much dropped with little assistance. Now I feel worried they will get too low too fast lol hopefully that's just paranoia. The incision is finally closed and healing.
My TT incision seems to be healing fine, it's just red. I use a scar gel cream provided by my PS on it every day.
