I had my consultation with Dr. gorin on 6/7/16 and it went very well. It went by quicker than I thought, but I had already seen 4 of his clients in person and had a pretty good idea about what to expect. I work at an exotic night club, and he has done 2 liposuction/tummy tucks on co-workers and about 4 pairs of breast in the building total.
Originally I went in thinking I was going to be getting liposuction on my lower abs, upper abs, side full flanks, and maybe thighs. Over the last 2 years I have gone down from 230lbs to 165lbs and have a decent amount of skin sagging (not too bad) and a lot of stubborn fat deposits that just will not go.
We both agreed that by looking at the skin and my body, a tummy tuck would be the best option all around. Lipo could have unpredictable results under such loose skin, or just add to my skin problem.
He suggest a breast lift with augmentation at the same time, but I'm not comfortable going under GA for that long, and so we decided to stage my procedures one after the other, with a 6 month healing period in between.
Today on 6/10/16 I paid the deposit on my consultation over the phone and asked my doctor if in was okay to diet leading up to the surgery. He agreed I should be in my best physical form so the skin/fat can be removed and give the best shape to my body. A girl at my work who is a bikini model competitor gave me a basic 8 week meal plan to follow that is VERY strict and repetitive, leading up to the surgery. (I'll post below)
I have to call back on Monday to schedule my official pre-op consultation and re-evaluate my goals again.
I took a few photos of what I look like now to get a comparison

So I wasnt great with my diet, and I noaturally scar much worse than others, plus had some hiccups with my incision opening because I work in a busy bar atmosphere and had to go back to work too soon and life heavy things/ twist my body a lot... BUT
All things aside I am very happy.
