TruSculpt Flex for post c-section diasasis recti

I wanted to review the truSculpt Flex procedure at Just Ageless with Patricia. My experience was wonderful and the results surpassed my expectations.I undertook this procedure after I googled "treatment for Diasasis Recti" and "Recovery from C-section." What came up mostly was Emsculpt. It sounded fantastic, but after more research I discovered that another option was truSculpt Flex. It is not as well known, but after speaking with a doctor who uses it frequently, I felt that it sounded like it would meet my needs better. I was really excited to fund out that Just Ageless offered both procedures, so I went with them, thinking they would give me an objective opinion. I had a consult with Patricia and she felt truSculpt Flex would indeed be best.After my very first session, I felt a real difference. I started having much more flexibility in my hamstrings and I was able to stand and sit up fully straight, which I hadn't been able to do since the birth. I have now had 3 sessions and the improvement is dramatic in my core strength. I have a 25 lb baby and I noticed quickly how much easier it was to support and carry him.Amazingly I was able to return quickly to physical activities (dance and yoga) that I thought would take me months of PT. The procedure continues to tone and strengthen after the sessions are completed, and I'm feeling fitter every day.A nice bonus was the aesthetic improvement :) My middle is more defined and nicely toned.I am so grateful to Patricia, my technician. She was outstanding. She was very attentive to how I tolerated and responded to the treatments, starting me off at lower settings, and gradually working up to a stronger level. She was very detailed in helping explain how the treatment worked and honest about the results I could expect (and she was 100% right, and I am thrilled with the results!) As a new mother, still recovering, I was feeling pretty vulnerable. She was exceptionally kind and encouraging to me throughout.Just Ageless was a tranquil and private oasis. Everybody there treats you like royalty :)As someone who was looking to strengthen and repair their core, following a C-section surgery, truSculpt Flex has been everything I had hoped for. And I fully recommend Patricia at Just Ageless - I have become a huge fan!! - to anyone in a similar situation.(I also had a Dermal Infusion Facial at Just Ageless, which was fantastic, but will review that separately!)
