Now I guess this is basically how my stomach will look like, considering I will begin exercising and go back to my low carb/sugar diet I hope to tone it a little more... update soon!

Thank you!!! I wish you luck. I hope your Dr. was as nice as mine. And I hope he really told you the very truth I said before on my post: it wil only reduce 20-25% of your fat and it wont work if you are overweight and most importantly, the fat will came back if you gain weight! If you are legible for the procedure, do it! Have no fear!! xo

He did,i went in for smart-lipo&he stated because of my dark skin,i will not like th elipo scars,yes they will eventually fade but there will be a lot. He recommended cool sculpting and i must say i was not happy or 100% sold,He said i know you are picky&a perfectionist. If you try it&don't like it i will discount the smart-ipo. He stated 20% fat cells,he has also done this procedure&he likes it. I am NOT FAT Or overweight. This is why he said i would be a great candidate!! :). I am torn by the reviews where they said they had zero results &then others had great results such as yourself. No in between. Either yes or no. I don't think that's fair or true. It had to have made a tiny difference just not enough where people may have liked it especially when they spend a lot of $$$$$. I understand that. I just feel,it did it's work &now we have to exercise&eat better. Thanks Cindyny2

Nice results! Treating multiple areas gives the best results. CoolSculpting is a wonderful treatment for reduction of those fat bulges that are resistant to diet exercise. I forgot to mention you will pee a lot, I never had to wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom to pee but after coolsculpting I constantly see myself doing it. Maybe because I'm also on a low carb diet or something... I just didn't want to forget to mention it since someone might be experiencing the same thing!

My stomach feels less bloated and more firm but in regards size, it feels the same as my last picture I guess.

They say between 4-6 months final results as far as I was reading so that's aprox. 20 weeks or so. I'm on my 7th!
