So I have surgery scheduled for Sept 8, 2015 and am so excited! I have wanted the surgery ever since I went through puberty (no I'm not kidding). I come from a family of all girls and I'm the only one who didn't get blessed in the breast area.
After talking to a friend of mine, I decided now is the time. I am a 28 year old mother of 3- ages 6 and then twins who are 2.
I'm currently not even filling an A cup. It's pathetic. I'll be going to:
500 cc on my left
550 cc on my right
Unders
Silicone

My fear is that I'll end up with side boobs, [RS bleep] bunny boobs, and look completely fake. I am using a top ranked doctor in the nation and this was the size he actually helped me decide on. I loved the way I looked with the implants on with my shirt on. They looked great! But now that I'm a week out, im starting to panic a little.
I'm on here to find people with similar stats and going around the same size OR already had their BA!

How exciting for you! I have found it helpful to ask questions like this to the Doctor Forum on this site. If you post your pics there along with your question, there will be many docs that will give you their professional opinion. It's super helpful! I have a similar build but chose different implants. Please keep us updated as you go through the process and best of luck!

You will really like him and his office. His staff is so nice and he really takes his time explaining everything to you! The 3D imaging was hideous lol, but other than that I loved being with him!!! I'll keep you posted with pics!!!

October 26th! I cannot wait! I booked it back last November. I heard there was a long waiting list, and I can't afford it until January next year. I emailed and asked how soon I should get a consult for that time frame I need (expecting them to say early this year. About a years wait) but I was way off lol. They said late Oct. would be fine. Basically been stalking this site ever since haha!

I have been telling people, especially those who I'm close with and would obviously notice the huge change. Everyone has reacted very nice/ with a few people who "don't get it," but they don't need to, I'm doing this for myself NOT for anyone else.
I have wanted this surgery for 15 years so nobody's opinions mattered to me and wouldn't have changed my mind. :)

I am a patient of Dr youn he's brilliant. Just make sure you are prepared and wanting such large breasts. I don't know all your measurements, body type and what not but depending on the person 500 can be a lot. You don't have much to work with so it is expected to have the fake look most likely. Not that there's anything wrong with that. Id assume you will go up at least 3 full cup sizes. VS sizing doesn't count lol go to a specialty store after there's on in royal oak. If you are truly not sure there's no harm in pushing your date a bit if need be or asking to come in again. They're wonderful and will help. Good luck. I learned that if your fear is being too big vs being too small then follow your gut. I didn't and had to redo. Most women are worried they won't be big enough.
Dr Youn actually picked out the size for me. And he knows I didn't want "[RS bleep]" bunny boobs. I do want to call his office and see if I can talk to someone (he's out of town) and just go over this one more time.

You'll look great. Several surgeons on here says depending on if your a 32 or 34 back width every 200ccs you get is one cup ;)
