I didn't realize over the last few years I've been requested to add before pictures. So I'm posting them now! I don't want to add another 200 character review but it requires me to to post a picture. Still a few years later I am so thrilled that I had this procedure done and pleased with Dr Janetzke's work! Working out, running, buying bras, buying clothes... Everything is easier.

I did the damn thing!! I can’t believe it. And I can’t believe I’m sharing this with the world, but everyone else who shared their story on the internet was so helpful to me throughout this process. Life changing.
Also, people loved to tell me my boobs “didn’t seem that big.” (Hah.) So I thought I’d give you a little perspective into what ladies like me might be hiding.
No drains, no external stitches.
The doctor removed 1150g from my right breast; the one that looks like it’s taking a vacation in the before photo. And 1050g from the right breast. She also removed 340g from each side of my ribs near my armpits. (Boobies start to travel when they get this big.)
For those of you counting at home… that’s 6.35 pounds. 6.35 POUNDS. I’m still in shock at that number.
I’m roughly two and a half weeks post op and feeling so good. I have no bandages, free reign on sports bras and have even started some lower body workouts. Things seem to be healing nicely, but sleeping is still a little rough. That will come with time though.
I go tomorrow for my three week checkup and I’m sure I will get more good news!
