The fillers made my under eye bags worse, so I had this supposedly safe and reversable treatment reversed with hyaluronidase. 2 years later I am left with a horrible discoloration under my right eye, just where I wanted the shadow to go away, making it a lot worse. I've sunk into a deep depression, and the longer it takes without showing any sign of improvement, the more depressed I become.
I'll advice anyone to proceed with caution when considering fillers, as they are not nearly as safe as advertised. For me, it ruined my face, giving me a constant under-eye bag under my right eye regardless of lighting.

It's still there. Almost 3 years later. Microneedling has helped it tremendously, but I lost patience and went for 2x more hyaluronidase treatments and the last one seemed to have made it worse. Everytime I go to a doctor I just pay half a fortune and end up worse. This is such a nightmare.
The only thing that has helped me has been a $3 dermastamp from eBay and some growth factor serums I got for free in exchange for before/after photographs.
Please, if there's anyone reading this who has gone or is going through something similar, let me know if you found/find any relief. I am going insane over this.

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. do you think the dermastamp would help absorb filler in lips. I have an appointment to get hylurandaise in the lips should I be scared ?

My skin is back to "normal" after the last hyaluronidase injection. None of the 3 hyaluronidase treatments made anything worse, but they didn't make the discolouration any better. I wouldn't hesitate to get hyaluronidase to dissolve your lip filler, just make sure the person doing it is experienced, and that he'll go little by little. Tell him you'll gladly pay more if that's what it takes to go slow.
I don't think microneedling would be very efficient on the lips, especially considering how much filler is used in this area.

As long as you pay him enough per injection that he isn't insentivised to flood your lips in order to get done with it, I think you'll be fine in experienced hands. When I notice someone having bad reactions, even with good doctors, it's because it's some snob celebrity doctor who just floods you with hyaluronidase to get done with it asap.

thank you for the response. I get very nervous reading all of these real self reviews of hylurandaise people saying it effect their own HA to the point of depression in eyes, cheeks, temples. crepey skin and flat face it’s sooo freaky. meanwhile my doctor said he’s never even heard of this, i by no means think these girls are lying I total don’t doubt them I just found that lots of the reviews seem to be mostly from under eye or cheek hylurondaise reversal and a lot of it

I'm one of those...I passed from hialuronidase to fat graft because mild volume loss and now I'm deformed as [RS bleep]...having to have multiple surgeries to remove the fat. Hialutonidase will damage you, dot do it, leave the filler to go on its own pls. Or try and then u see what happens. Like my Korean doctor said "it shouldn't dissolve your own tissue but yes it can happen".

The filler under eyes don't go down for it's own. May never goes away. So without hialuronidase witch other alternatives are?!

On point. Fillers are a trap and I'll never have another again. But now
we do have to solve the issue anyway. I have a darknening of tear trough since first day of filler and it's been almost 2 years and half with very very little improvement. I'm just realizing it won't ever completely dissolve by itsown like doctors and sellers of filler say, and it's frustrating. They are criminals who play on people saying lies but we do have to find a solution

Hi Sigfrido69! I hope you’re well. How much filler did you get? Can you still feel it under your skin?

Hi, I got 1 ml of redensity 2 under both eyes ( 1 standard dose). I can't feel it anymore when I touch but still have a bit of discoloration probably due to a little bit of of filler still there (I got discoloration since first day of filler)..
What about you? Did you have tear trough filler issues too?

Hi there! Yep and it looks awful. It also hurts at times and it swells. Some nights I toss and turn and cannot sleep. It has been a month. This kind of filler shouldn’t be applied in this area. I was inyected by a surgeon dentist who assured me it was temporary and easily reversible... I had no idea what I was getting into. I can only blame myself for being stupid. The worst thing is I didn’t even need it. And now I’m stuck with this crap and too scared to get it dissolved :/

After reading my last update I realise I should probably post another update. About a week after the injection it settled down to the point where it looked about the same or slightly better than before. I was kind of frustrated and did an aggressive microneedling treatment at this point. The following 1-2 weeks it looked significantly better, much more so that it has from a single microneedling session previously.
So I think it actually may have been the hyaluronidase, but as I didn't wait long enough untill I did the microneedling it's hard to definitely point out the culprit.
Either way, nothing bad came out of my hyaluronidase in the end, it just took a couple of weeks for the reaction to settle.
My problem is discolouration and not volume or anything like that, so any prolonged erythema or reaction from the injection could've given the false impression of worsening.
So I don't want to freak anyone out about the hyaluronidase. It seemed to have helped me.
Sticking to microneedling for now, though, as the first week of discolouration was pretty traumatising to me as I had spent years getting better before that.

Hi, how is going on?
Can I ask you which filler did you get injected in tear trough originally?

Hi, it's still there and fluctuates. Largely bothers me. Going to try laser and then Morpheus8.
I had Restylane, but it was the injector and not the filler that was the problem. I've had filler again later with no problems (although it didn't help either).
The person who did my injections had no experience and should've never done it. I honestly have no clue what he was doing or how he managed to screw me up so badly. 5 years have past and I still have a discoloured line under my right eye.
I suspect it's mostly vascular, or a mix, and I hope I can get rid of it with some energy-based device. Willing to try anything at this point.

Which kind of laser do you want to try and why laser? To try dissolve filler with heat? Couldn't it cause sort of discoloration?
I had same problem with another bad injector. Injector is a problem, yeah, but nobody said to us filler was never gonna be to dissolve by itsown and we chose with no so attenction. It's 2,5 years right now and I am thinkin to remove it with hyaluronidase, being ready to fix the potential damage with fat grafting and nanofat later.
Why don't you try again with hyaluronidase? Even if it is dangerous seems to be the only solution to remove this s**t from our face.

I read a lot of person here saying hyaluronidase is a "devil stuff". Ok, maybe, but for me the most diabolical in this story are fillers and doctors who don't say the truth about this treatment.
Filler treatment is a swindle.
By the way, let's get in touch (looking at your pics we are almost same age I presume) and let's go out from this bad story, for never going in again!
